10). 1989: AC Milan vs. Steaua Bucharest

This year’s final was also between two teams of Madrid at Estádio da Luz in Lisbon city. Atlético Madrid was on the brink of a major win, they were 1-0 up courtesy of Diego Godín ‘s first-half free-kick. However, it was 1-1 in the 93rd minute when Sergio Ramos rose high to head in an equalizer that forced the game to go to extras.

2). 2005: Liverpool vs. AC Milan
